I'll start with the bad news first:
Tonight I started to mix up some oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough. Terror struck cold in my heart when I realized I was out of FLOUR. I love sugar as much as the next gal, but butter and sugar do not a cookie make. The closest thing I could find was bisquick. I dumped it in. The dough looked fine. It tasted fine. (I know because I triple checked.) But when I checked after 10 minutes at 350 degrees, I was dissapointed to find puddley doughy cookies. I doubted they would even be edible.
The good news:
They are most definitely edible.
